Our Chair — Leah Fritsche has worked in the Deerfield Community for 19 years and discovered it is an amazing place. She is currently the Director of the Deerfield Public Library. She received her Master's degree in Library Studies from UW-Madison and decided to make her home in Southern Wisconsin. She lives in Lake Mills with her husband and three boys. Leah loves serving the unique community of Deerfield through her job at the library, helping the multi-generational families who live here find what they are looking for and answering their questions, along with promoting the Village of Deerfield as a great place to live and work.
